 When is the best time to buy?
Buy while gasoline prices are low and our prices are the lowest.  When gasoline prices are high our prices may go up and we may run out of stock as demand is very high.

We will match the price of any USA stocking competitors advertised price on any comparable CNG kits, parts, or tanks.

Warning About Other CNG Kits 
If you purchase a conversion kit from other companies, the kit may not be complete and you may need to spend a couple hundred dollars purchasing the parts needed to complete the kit.  We have had to supply parts needed for other kits costing the buyer as much as $250.  All our kits are 100% complete except for the CNG tank, tank mounting bracket and fitting to connect to the tank.  Make sure your kit has an aluminum adjustable mixer or you will not have peak performance when running on both fuels.  Make sure the kit for any gasoline engine has an automatic self adjusting feedback controller using an oxygen sensor to maintain the proper fuel ratio.  If it doesn't, don't buy it.  All kits for 8 or 10 cylinder gasoline engines must have our high output regulators, or dual regulators, or the engine will run lean and excessive power will be lost.  We have tested many other regulators and none will provide sufficient fuel for an 8 or 10 cylinder engines except our regulators.

Warranty
All our conversion kits, tanks, and parts have a 1 year parts warranty. 

We will need the following information about your vehicle when ordering a conversion kit:

1.  Year
2.  Make
3.  Model
4.  Number of Cylinders
5.  Engine Size in Liters
6.  Inside diameter of the air intake hose where the mixer will be installed.  The mixer is installed between the air filter and the throttle body where it is easiest to install.

There are a few gasoline engines that may require special parts from us, after market parts, or parts rerouted.  They are listed below.
1.  Engines with duel air intake hoses require a dual mixer kit.
The duel mixer kit comes with an additional mixer, a tee fitting, 18" of additional hose, and 4 additional hose clamps.
2.  2007 to 2009 GMC or Chevy trucks may need to use a fuel injector controller and harness which we have at a low cost.  Request one when ordering or order later if needed.
3.  1999 to 2003 Ford truck engines may need an intake hose that sucks intake air rerouted after the mixer.
4.  Some engines may run better with an after market cold air intake system.  These kits free up space for the regulator and makes the installation of the mixer easier, particularly on smaller vehicles.  These kits include 3" or 4" round tubing, MAF adapter, couplers, clamps and a cone shaped air filter.  Carbureted engines will need the air intake system so the mixer can be installed in or to the round intake tube.  The mixer can be installed to the tubing and installed with hose couplers and hose claps.  If installing the mixer with hose couplers, order the mixer the same size as the tubing.  We recommend installing or at least ordering the air intake system before ordering the CNG conversion kit.  They are available at your local auto parts store or online.
5.  All our mixers are 2" wide.  We have 3" wide mixers in all sizes at no extra cost for using with hose couples and clamps so there is more mixer to clamp to.  Request if needed.


Fill Nozzle Options
We have three fill nozzle options.
1.  Standard fill nozzle with 1/4 turn shutoff valve with 2 ports so it can be installed in-line from the cylinder to the regulator.  This is what you will get unless you request one of the other options.
2.  Strait nozzle without shutoff valve.  For installing in tight or hard to get to locations.  Comes with an extra 1/2 length roll of tubing.  It is connected directly to the tank valve.  The regulator is connected directly to the other port of the tank valve. 
3.  Fill nozzle installed directly on our cylinder valve.  Can only be used if you order one of our new EWS tanks.  Only to be used on tanks installed outside the vehicle such as in a truck bed with no shell where the filling nozzle will have easy access.

Propane kits come with propane regulators, no fill nozzle, and include an adapter fitting to connect to a propane tank.  Do not use propane tanks for CNG or CNG tanks for propane.

Non Heated Oxygen Sensor Kit Model CNGOSK
This is a Non Heated Oxygen Sensor and Bung to Install on the Exhaust System.  You can use a heated or non heated oxygen sensor.  We recommend the non heated as it works well with our kits.  Required for all engines with fuel ratio sensors before the catalytic converter.  Most late model Toyota, Lexus, Honda, and Nissan use fuel ratio sensors and will require this kit.  Check your service manual for more information.

Adjustable 1.5"" to 4" Aluminum Mixers for all conversion kits for gasoline engines.
The top face is rotated to adjust the mixer as needed at installation.
They are shown from fully closed to full open.  The air goes in through the holes creating a small vacuum to suck CNG out of the regulator.

On engines with the big round filter over the carburetor it is best to install an after market air intake kit with the adapter, hose and cone shaped filter so the mixer can be installed in the hose.  The adapter usually has a 4" diameter for 6 and 8 cylinder engines so you would want to use a 4" aluminum mixer.

This is a duel fuel kit that runs on CNG and Diesel simultaneously.  The CNG flow must be adjusted so the engine always runs on at least 30% diesel.  The fuel ratio is easily adjusted by hand with the idle screw on the regulator.  A mixer may be needed on some engines to get a higher fuel ratio CNG.  A pyrometer (exhaust temperature gauge) installed on the exhaust system is recommended to monitor the exhaust temperature.

How the Diesel Kit Operates
This is an easy to install kit for all diesel engines up to 16 liters with or without a turbo.
This is a duel fuel kit so the engine runs on both diesel and CNG at the same time.
This kit will provide the engine with more power because of the high octane of CNG and the high compression of a diesel engine.
The regulator is easily adjusted with the idle screw on the regulator so you get little or no CNG while at an idle.  As you accelerate the engine will suck CNG from the regulator and into the air intake.  The more throttle the more CNG.  You will use less diesel as you will use less throttle.  You will get about 25% more power.  Most engines will use about 60% CNG and 40% diesel, and with no other adjustments needed.  The combined fuel usage is about the same as using only diesel.  The cost savings are not as great as with a gasoline engine because you are still using some diesel.
The instructions are written for the car owner to install with many tips, and "how to" information.
No programming of the controller is needed with this kit.
The CNG is fed into the air intake hose before the turbo.  A mixer may be needed to increase the fuel ratio of CNG.  Order model CNGM if needed.
The control on the dash lets you know if the CNG is being used and how much CNG is in the cylinder.
You can turn the CNG off or on with the push of a button on the dash.
If you run out of CNG you will loose the power gained using CNG and continue just running on diesel. 

Warning
Beware of expensive Diesel Conversion Kits that can run on a high percentage of CNG as these kits can damage your engine or exhaust.  Our kits are safe and will not damage your engine or exhaust when installed and adjusted properly.  We have sold hundreds of these kits with no damage to any engine or exhaust system.

Stainless steel tubing is much harder to install and is not required.  We have it available for those who wish to have it.  We recommend using our high pressure steel tubing that normally comes with our kits as it is safe, low cost, long lasting and easy to install.

 The GGE rating for these tanks is the maximum capacity under ideal conditions.  You may not be able to fill to the rated capacity.  You may only be able fill to .5 to 1.5 GGE less than the rating.

If a CNG tank is installed in the trunk or inside a vehicle you must vent the PRD with metal tubing, and bag and vent all fittings from the neck of the tank to the vent fitting.

We only ship to a business or a trucking terminal.  You will be emailed the shipping documents after the tanks are shipped so you will know which terminal they will be shipped to.  The terminal will be less than 50 miles from your home.  We will quote larger quantities.
 If you purchase both our kits and our tanks, the adapter fittings needed to connect our tubing to the tanks are included for free.  You will need to purchase the proper adapter fittings and plug fittings for your tank if you purchase a tank or kit separately.  You will need to know what thread your tank valve has to purchase the proper fittings.
